Morning Preparations – 8:30 AM

As I pull into the parking lot of our 28th Street location, the morning sun is already warming up what promises to be another busy day. The first order of business is our morning team huddle, where we review our daily specials, inventory updates, and compliance requirements.

Opening Hours – 9:00 AM

The doors open, and our first customers arrive. What I love most about working at NOXX is the diversity of people we serve. From seniors seeking relief from chronic pain to young professionals exploring recreational options, each interaction is unique and meaningful.

Mid-Day Rush – 12:30 PM

The lunch hour brings our usual rush of customers. Today, I’m handling both in-store purchases and organizing delivery orders for our service areas, including:

  • Ferndale
  • Pleasant Ridge
  • Huntington Woods
  • Oak Park
  • Hazel Park
  • Berkley

Afternoon Education – 2:00 PM

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is educating customers about different products. Today, I helped a first-time customer understand the differences between various strains and consumption methods. We take pride in ensuring everyone leaves with products that best suit their needs.

Evening Wind-Down – 8:00 PM

As we approach closing time, we begin our end-of-day procedures. This includes inventory counts, cleaning, and preparing for tomorrow. While our Plainfield Ave. and Ann Street locations might still be bustling, here at 28th Street, we’re wrapping up another successful day of serving our community.

The best part of working at NOXX is knowing we’re part of a growing industry that helps people find what they need in a safe, professional environment. Whether it’s at our Grand Rapids locations or our East Peoria store, we’re committed to providing the same level of expert service and quality products every day.
